Counsellor

Position : Counsellor Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling/clinical experience, preferably in employee assistance, healthcare, workplace counselling or similar settings. • Provide confidential one-to-one counselling sessions. • Support clients with personal, family, workplace, stress, burnout, career and interpersonal concerns. • Conduct assessment, counselling, intervention and appropriate referrals. • Provide crisis support, triage and escalation for high-risk cases. • Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation. • Follow professional counselling ethics, confidentiality and data privacy requirements. Qualification: • Counsellors possess relevant postgraduate qualifications in counselling. • Counsellors are registered to practise in Singapore and hold current registration with a recognised local professional body (e.g. Singapore Association for Counselling). • Counsellors maintain active clinical practice and demonstrate ongoing professional development within the past five (5) years. • Counsellors are competent to practise independently without the need for direct clinical supervision.
