Shared Accounts Assistant (AR)

Key Responsibilities · Review monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet schedules. · Review month-end and year-end closing journals and perform accounts receivable reconciliations. · Maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensuring all AR transactions are properly recorded and supported. · Coordinate with the Shared AR team to oversee daily operations, including refunds, write-offs, billing adjustments, and other AR-related activities. · Collaborate with Operations (BU), Finance, IT, and other relevant departments to resolve ARissues promptly and effectively. · Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards. · Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation, schedules, and explanations. · Identify and implement opportunities to enhance AR processes, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency within the shared services function.
