Healthcare Assistant

Responsibilities : • Health Monitoring : Monitor clients' general health metrics, track daily wellness progress, and maintain detailed care records. • Sleep Management : Assess sleep patterns, guide clients on sleep hygiene practices, and help optimize conditions for restful sleep. • Dietary Management : Support nutritional planning, monitor daily dietary intake, and assist with meal guidance aligned with individual health goals. • Exercise Management : Implement and encourage routine physical activities, support safe mobility, and track fitness or movement milestones. • Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, address their inquiries professionally, and build trusting, long-term therapeutic relationships Requirements: • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Able to speak Mandarin to handle mandarin‑speaking patients and read medicine labels in Chinese • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems) • Customer service mindset • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage • Able to commit to 5.5day work week (Mon to Fri full day and Sat half day)
