Customer Service
Responsibilities
· Perform professional TCM wellness treatments, including Tuina massage, meridian therapy, lymphatic drainage, herbal heat therapy, cupping, gua sha, and foot reflexology.
· Assess clients' wellness needs and recommend suitable treatment plans.
· Provide personalized health and wellness advice based on TCM principles.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment.
· Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
· Record treatment details and monitor clients' progress.
· Ensure compliance with company SOPs and workplace safety regulations.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine or wellness therapy.
· Strong knowledge of TCM techniques and holistic wellness practices.
· Excellent massage and therapeutic skills.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Professional, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
· Relevant TCM, massage, or wellness certifications are preferred.
