Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician

Key Responsibilities • Provide professional TCM consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and other approved TCM modalities. • Deliver patient-centred care with empathy, professionalism, and excellent bedside manners. • Ensure compliance with the TCMPB Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Practice Guidelines. • Conduct TCM health talks and patient education programmes when required. • Promote public awareness of Traditional Chinese Medicine and preventive healthcare. • Participate in community outreach programmes, health screenings, and healthcare initiatives. • Collaborate with physicians, staff, volunteers, and multidisciplinary teams to support clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements • Registered TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore. • Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine is preferred. • Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred. • Competent in acupuncture and general TCM clinical practice. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential to communicate with diverse patient groups • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach. • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. • Good understanding of healthcare ethics, patient safety, clinical governance, and quality assurance principles. • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
