Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Clinic Manager

Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow • Manage staff schedules, appointments and customer enquiries • Supervise front-desk and service staff and maintain service standards • Plan and coordinate social media content, promotions and marketing campaigns • Develop strategies to attract new customers • Build local partnerships, community collaborations and promotional activities • Monitor campaign performance, customer enquiries and conversion results • Support customer retention and follow-up initiatives • Manage inventory, supplies and general administrative matters • Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and business performance Requirements • Experience in operations, marketing, social media management or customer acquisition • Experience in clinic, TCM, wellness, massage, beauty or similar service industries is preferred • Knowledge or hands-on experience in massage, TCM wellness services will be an advantage • Familiar with social media platforms and content marketing • Able to independently plan initiatives to generate leads and attract customers • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills • Organised, responsible and comfortable managing multiple areas of the business
