Key Responsibilities: • Assess patients and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans to meet their rehabilitation goals. • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to reduce impairments, restore function, and optimize recovery outcomes. • Manage and provide physiotherapy services across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. • Initiate discharge planning and recommend appropriate follow-up rehabilitation programs to ensure continuity of care. • Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. • Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. • Eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills. • A dedicated team player with a passion for patient-centered care.
