Shipping / Customer Service Executive

*Handle and prepare import and export shipping documentation (Land/Air/Sea Freight) *Liaise with forwarding agents, clients, and the warehouse department. *To make sure clients' goods are sent on time and send billing of the invoices. *Responsible for clients' inquiries such as tracking and tracing shipments. *In charge of administration matters relating to the Air and Sea operation set-up. *The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on their solution needs and after-sales needs. *The job will require providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation. *Generate and review sales quotations, order processing, and invoicing. *Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information. *Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customers as required. *Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor &update sales team with relevant information from principals. *Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, finance, technical, service, sales and marketing, as required. *Provide admin support where necessary.e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned. Requirements *Min.
