A Finance Officer for Management Accounting and Asset Liability Management (ALM) manages internal financial reporting, balance sheet optimization, and interest rate risk tracking.
Job Overview
Support balance sheet analysis, liquidity tracking, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Management Accounting:
• Prepare monthly management P&L and variance analysis.
• Track Net Interest Margin (NIM) drivers and business unit performance.
• Assisting annual budgeting and revenue forecasting.
Asset& Liability Management (ALM):
• Monitor bank liquidity and interest rate risk exposures.
• Support Transfer Pricing (FTP) and balance sheet dynamics.
• Prepare data for Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) meetings.
Qualifications& Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2–3years in finance, treasury, or balance sheet analysis.
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and analytical thinking.
