Assistant Relationship Manager

Responsibilities • Assist RMs with daily portfolio requests, inquiries, and periodic reviews for High Net Worth and private banking clients. • Manage KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, account opening documentation, and cross-divisional administration. • Coordinate order and trade execution with internal product specialists and asset management teams. • Liaise with regional teams in Hong Kong and Mainland China to facilitate offshore wealth strategies. • Ensure adherence to local regulatory standards and risk disclosure protocols Requirements • 1 to 2 years of relevant background in private banking, wealth management operations, or client servicing. • Professional fluency in Mandarin is heavily prioritized to communicate smoothly with Greater China clients and internal teams. • Strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with KYC/compliance processes, and clear communication.
