Private Banker Assistant (Foreign Bank)

Description • Provides high-quality administrative, operational, and client support to Private Bankers and Relationship Managers serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. • Coordinate client requests, preparing documentation,managing account-related processes, and ensuring a seamless and professional client experience. • Coordinate client requests and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. • Assist with account opening, account maintenance, documentation, and client onboarding processes. • Prepare client correspondence, presentations, reports, account summaries, and other supporting materials. • Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and client events. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure documentation is properly filed. • Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Compliance, Risk, Credit, Legal, Investment, and Product teams. • Monitor outstanding client requests and ensure appropriate follow-up. • Assist with KYC, AML and other regulatory and compliance requirements. • Handle sensitive client information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements • Degree qualification preferably Finance, Business, Economics, Banking, or a related field. • At least 1 year of relevant working experience as Private Banking Assistant. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality, accuracy, and responsiveness are essential.
