Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute trade marketing plans to drive sales growth across local distribution channels. • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and product launches. • Collaborate with Sales and Merchandising teams to ensure effective in-store execution and product visibility. • Develop point-of-sale (POS) materials, visual merchandising guidelines, and promotional toolkits. • Monitor campaign performance and analyse sales data to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of trade marketing activities. • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend new opportunities. • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and retail partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. • 4–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Retail Marketing, or a similar commercial marketing role.
