Senior Manager, P&C Underwriter (Team Leader)

Responsibilities: • Lead a team of underwriters • Carry out quality assurance checks and assist in training of junior team members • Optimize efficiency and effectiveness in work processes within the department • Underwrite Property & Casualty Classes of Insurance • Manage portfolio profitability growth • Build and maintain relationship with brokers • Develop and manage Broker Facilities • Ensure compliance with credit control policy • Undertake any other duties as may be assigned Requirements: • Relevant qualifications in general insurance (minimum BCP & CGI) • Minimum 7-9 years' experience in general insurance industry • Sound knowledge of general insurance (Property & Casualty classes) • Management Skills and Business acumen Jerlin Aw Bi Zhi (R1218675) | CSGROUP Pte.
