F&B Supervisor

• Good knowledge of restaurant/F&B operations and customer service. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to lead and motivate a team. • Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally. • Basic knowledge of stock control and cash/POS procedures. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are an advantage. • Food hygiene and safety certification is an advantage. • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required. • Responsible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
