Division Manager | Geriatric Centre

• Lead daily operations of 3 Centers, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure holistic care for clients. • Oversee assessments, admissions, and reviews; ensure compliance with MOH regulations, nursing standards, licensing, and inspections. • Plan manpower, manage staffing, and provide coaching, training, and performance support to staff. • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency. • Promote centre services through outreach, events, and partnerships to increase awareness and client enrolment. • Handle regulatory submissions, workload reporting, and subvention matters. • Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality and productivity.
