Maintenance Manager - Regional FMCG Food & Beverage MNC

Our Client: A leading international plant-based food and beverage company with a strong heritage and a well-established presence across Asia Pacific. Known for commitment to nutrition and sustainability. Our Role: 1. Maintenance Operations Management: • Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure production lines run efficiently with minimal downtime. • Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all equipment, machinery, and utilities. • Coordinate and respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring quick resolution to avoid disruptions in production. • Supervise maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other plant utilities. 2. Team Leadership & Development: • Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team to enhance skills and performance. • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. • Foster a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with workplace safety protocols. 3. Budget Management: • Develop and manage the maintenance department’s budget, including tracking costs and ensuring spending aligns with financial goals. • Procure spare parts, tools, and materials cost-effectively while maintaining adequate inventory levels. 4. Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement to enhance plant efficiency and reduce costs. • Implement best practices for equipment reliability and energy efficiency. 5. Compliance & Documentation: • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., WHS, Building, Pressure vessel inspection and all MOM regulations). • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure maintenance activities align with food safety and quality standards. 6.
