Senior Executive

Job Scope: • Provide operational support in Registry and/or Court Operations • Support Judges in court proceedings which include arranging/confirming hearing dates, booking and setting up of court rooms, engagement of relevant language support services and updating of Judge’s calendars. • Process high-volume online applications efficiently and effectively within timelines. • Handle court users, provide assistance relating to their applications and enquiries. • Handle day to day system requests, enquiries and issues received from government agencies/litigants/ members of the public. • Manage court fixtures and prepare hearings & case conferences weekly. • Update and maintain documents, databases and systems (e.g. file classification, mail directives) to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines. • Coordinate and work with stakeholders such as in the holistic management of cases. Requirements: • At least 3 years of relevant working experience. • Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team. • Excellent customer service experience with members of the public and external stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Conversant in use of IT and related applications.
