Job Scope • Prepare, issue, and administer Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and procedures. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle. • Review, draft, and maintain contract documentation, ensuring accurate records of contractual correspondence and project communications. • Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, addressing contractual issues and risks during project execution. • Assist in the assessment, administration, and settlement of variation orders, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract provisions. • Support project cost control initiatives and contribute to the resolution of contractual disputes and commercial challenges. • Review and process subcontractor claims, progress payments, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and contractual compliance. • Participate in commercial and contractual negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers prior to contract award. • Provide contractual and commercial support to management and project teams to facilitate effective project delivery and risk management. • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of contractual and commercial matters.
