Cafe Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented crew to join us. Responsibilities • Ensure smooth service at cafe operations • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures • Attend to customers and handle feedback professionally • Perform cashiering and daily sales reconciliation when required • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained • Assist management with other operational duties when required Requirements • Good communication and customer service skills • Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently • Able to work 7am to 3pm, weekends and Public Holidays when required Interested candidates are invited to apply with their resume, current/expected salary and availability.
