Sales Director – Vertical Transport / Building Monitoring Solutions About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead solution sales in the vertical transport and building monitoring sector . This role will drive business growth, manage regional operations, and oversee P&L responsibilities across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance building efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution sales for vertical transport and building monitoring systems across SEA. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and manage P&L accountability . • Build, mentor, and manage a regional sales team, driving performance and professional growth. • Engage with developers, consultants, and building owners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery. • Represent the company in regional business development, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Requirements • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline. • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in solution sales , with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record in building solutions sales (e.g., BMS systems, elevators, escalators, vertical transport) . • Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and regional team leadership. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to expand market presence across SEA.
