Site Lead (East / Immediate / Facilities Management

Operations Management • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the assigned facility or portfolio. • Ensure all hard and soft FM services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). • Monitor the performance of vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. • Respond promptly to operational issues, emergencies, and client requests. Client Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all site-related operational matters. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews. • Prepare operational reports and present performance updates during client meetings. • Ensure timely resolution of client feedback and service requests. Team Leadership • Lead, coach, and develop the on-site facilities team. • Plan work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor staff performance. • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Requirements • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management or Integrated Facilities Management. • At least 2–3 years of supervisory or site leadership experience. • Experience managing healthcare buildings
