Physiotherapist | Community Hospital

• • Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans. • Provide rehabilitation including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, mobility and functional training, manual therapy and appropriate treatment modalities. • Assess and prescribe walking aids and assistive devices where required. • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programmes accordingly. • Educate patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals on rehabilitation and safe mobility. • Work closely with doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team, including discharge planning. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. • Participate in team meetings, training, professional development and student supervision. • Uphold professional, ethical, confidentiality, infection control and workplace safety standards. • Support departmental projects, equipment management and other responsibilities as assigned.
