Material Handler

📦 Hiring: Materials / Warehouse Assistant. Basic up to $2650!- 1 Year contract Are you organised, hands-on and experienced in inventory or warehouse operations ? Join our team and play an important role in ensuring materials are properly received, stored and supplied to support daily production operations! 💼 Key Responsibilities • Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents . • Organise and store materials in designated locations according to FIFO/FEFO requirements and storage specifications . • Issue raw materials, packaging materials and consumables based on production and order requirements. • Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low stock, shortages or material issues . • Perform regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records. • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials and stock variances . • Support daily warehouse, inventory and production operations to ensure materials are available when required. • Maintain proper documentation and ensure materials are handled and stored safely. 🎯 Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment will be an added advantage. • Comfortable working odd or rotating shift hours . • Experience handling raw materials, inventory control and production support is preferred. • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar inventory management systems is an advantage. • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail. • Responsible, reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ⭐ Why Join Us? • Gain hands-on experience in warehouse, inventory and production operations . • Work in a structured environment with opportunities to develop your materials and inventory management skills . • Be part of a team that plays a key role in keeping daily production operations running smoothly. 📩 Interested?
