Executive/Senior Engineer

Job Purpose The Engineering and Management Associate (EMA) Programme is SMRT’s graduate programme which will provide a structured pathway for those who aspire to make a difference as engineering leaders. Your journey begins with a one-month foundation programme, followed by structured development, specialised training and varied opportunities leading to professional accreditation. Responsibilities • Support the Group/Line/Centre of Excellence’s efforts to deliver on daily, short term and long-term objectives and KPIs • Responsible to support and perform preventive and corrective maintenance or operations to ensure a safe, reliable and efficient daily trains or bus operations • Responsible to comply with and exercise safety at all times in accordance with all safety requirements • Responsible to ensure the timely completion of all duties and/or projects, as assigned Qualifications & Work Experience We are looking for fresh graduates: • Possess leadership ability, a passion to serve and make a difference • Thirst for challenges and new experiences • Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment • Strong team player with effective communication skills
