Personal Driver for General Manager

About Company: Our client has been established since 1903 and their headquarters is in Osaka city. Their focus has been in building service engineering and installation provider for various sectors such as electrical, air conditioning and sanitary environments. Job Description: - Provide daily chauffeuring services to General Manager and family - Provide ad-hoc chauffeuring services for office visitors, business partners, associates etc. - Distributing / delivering / collecting of office’ and guests’ gifts and documents - Upkeep the cleanliness of the vehicle - In charge of re-fueling petrol, cash card top-up, sending vehicle for service and maintenance - Attend to documentation, procedure of vehicle related registration, renewal of road tax, insurance, traffic offences and accidents etc. - Run errands and attend to any ad-hoc assignments given by Management and Office. Examples: collecting or sending documents or parcels such as cheques, letters Job Requirements: - Secondary education with 3 years of relevant experience is preferred - Valid Class 3 & 2B driving license with 5 years of excellent traffic record - Proficient in using GPS/ navigation application - Possess own transport i.e. motorbike or car to travel to GM's accommodation is preferred - High integrity, discretion, patience, politeness, reliability, punctuality and good working ethics - Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills Compensation: - Work location: Central/South West, Singapore - Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30am (To be ready and pick up GM at 7:30am) - To work overtime after office hour or Saturday, when required: Overtime pay is provided - Variable bonus
