IT & Digital Marketing Manager @ JURONG EAST Salary: S$9,000 – S$12,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Level: Managerial / Individual Contributor We are looking for a hands-on IT & Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the company's IT operations, website and digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities IT: • Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees. • Set up and maintain laptops, computers, software and IT equipment. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues. • Manage and maintain company IT systems, accounts and software. • Manage website development, updates and technical improvements. • Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required. Marketing: • Manage the company's website, social media and online platforms. • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. • Create and coordinate digital content to enhance the company's online presence. • Monitor website and digital marketing performance. • Explore new digital marketing channels and opportunities to support business growth. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT and/or digital marketing. • Strong hands-on IT support and troubleshooting skills. • Experience in website management and development. • Good understanding of digital marketing and online platforms. • Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
