Production Planner [MNC Manufacturing | $5K | East]

Why Join? • Gain exposure to both supply chain planning and customer management • Work closely with cross-functional teams across planning, production and operations • Opportunity to contribute to process and operational improvements • Develop strong experience in end-to-end customer order fulfilment Key Responsibilities • Act as the main contact for assigned customers on orders, delivery schedules, and supply matters • Monitor customer orders and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery • Provide customers with regular updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines • Coordinate with production, planning, and other internal teams to meet customer requirements • Identify and resolve supply or delivery issues promptly • Track supply chain performance and support root cause analysis when issues arise • Analyse planning and operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency Role Requirements • Min.
