Learning & Development Specialist (L&D)

Role Summary: • Electronics Manufacturing MNC • Travel between Tuas & Yishun office • Up to $6,000/month + AWS + PB Job Responsibilities: • Primary point of contact to coordinate all L&D initiatives and organizational programmes. • Organize in-house and external training courses, including handle all arrangement for seminars and courses. • Administer Learning Management System (LMS) and database to ensure all details are accurately created and recorded. • Collaborate closely with the L&D Manager and Department Manager to identify traning needs and establish training plan • Handle registration, enrolment, and tracking of e-learning courses. • Send our reminders to employee regarding course date and attendance requirements, handle training payment matter. • Maintain and update traning records, prepare report and submission of documents for compliance purpose. • Apply for funding and grants with government bodies. • Effectively plan and execute a smooth onboarding adminstration process for new hires. • Conduct and facilitate HR training and briefings. • Drive employee events and engagement initiatives tailored to the organization's needs Job Requirements: • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent • Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource / Learning & Development or similar • Excellent communication skills with stakeholder for HR related matters If you are keen to explore this career opportunity, kindly send a copy of your resume to rrkc@rapidrecruitmentasia.com or simply click the button to APPLY NOW!
