Junior HR Officer-Payroll

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Junior HR Officer – Payroll to support monthly payroll processing and day-to-day HR administration. This is a good opportunity for someone with hands-on payroll experience who is looking to further develop their HR expertise. Key Responsibilities • Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for approximately 100 employees or more • Maintain accurate employee and payroll records • Handle payroll-related enquiries and provide HR administrative support • Assist with statutory submissions and payroll-related documentation • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Assist with work pass applications and renewals, where required • Support other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned Requirements • At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll or HR operations • Hands-on experience processing payroll for approximately 100 employees or more • Good attention to detail with a methodical approach to work • Comfortable handling numerical information and confidential employee records • Good organisational and administrative skills • Able to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Experience with work pass applications and MOM processes will be an advantage • Good communication and interpersonal skills Why Join? • Opportunity to gain broader exposure across payroll and HR operations • Work in a supportive HR environment • Develop hands-on experience in payroll, statutory matters and employee administration Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
