Operations Assistant, Account Management Team (12 Months Contract)

Responsibilities • Reviewing of account opening and ensure all documentations are in order upon opening, eg: Individual, margin, SBL, Corporate and Estate. • Client onboarding data entry eg: account opening, static updates. • Able to perform clerical functions of scanning, uploading of documents into databases and packing the files for storage in warehouse. • Provide administrative support to team members as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner. • Provide advice to TR/Marketer relating to existing and new account opening as well as static data input. • Ensure all the CDD and source of wealth corroboration documentations received are in place. • Provide support to other team regarding checking of signature updates. • Prepare and manage daily and monthly client statements. • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned. Requirements • Detail-oriented • Ability to work independently and multi-task. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Education: GCE O Level/ A Level and above • Experience in Financial industry is not compulsory but a plus.
