Entomologist / QA Specialist

Our client ooking for an experienced and detail-oriented Entomologist / QA Specialist to support pest management operations, client requirements and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities * Manage pest management programmes and work closely with internal teams and clients. * Provide pest identification, troubleshooting and technical solutions for complex pest issues. * Conduct site quality checks to ensure service standards are maintained. * Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and support client audits. * Develop and conduct pest management and technical training programmes. * Establish inspection and reporting guidelines for staff and clients. * Maintain company compliance, licences and required documentation. * Keep updated on relevant legislation, industry standards and pest management practices. * Provide technical support to the sales team when required. Requirements * Degree in Entomology, Biological Sciences, Environmental Science or related field. * Good knowledge of structural pest biology and behaviour. * Experience in pest management, QA or compliance is an advantage. * Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong communication skills. * Strong documentation, reporting and organisational skills. * Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.
