Restaurant Manager

Our client looking for a hands-on and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations . Key Responsibilities * Manage daily outlet operations, opening/closing and shift activities. * Drive sales, profitability and excellent customer service. * Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and standards are maintained. * Lead, train, schedule and motivate the restaurant team. * Manage inventory, food cost, wastage and labour costs. * Monitor stock, ordering, cash handling and daily outlet records. * Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues. * Ensure compliance with food-safety and company requirements. * Take ownership of outlet performance and support the team during peak periods. Requirements * Experience in F&B, QSR, restaurant or retail operations. * Supervisory or management experience preferred. * Strong leadership and people-management skills. * Hands-on, responsible and customer-focused. * Good understanding of inventory, food cost and manpower management. * Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. * Good communication, organisational and basic POS/computer skills.
