Front Desk Executive

Our client looking for a Front Desk Executive , to manage their front desk operations, guest experience and spa sales. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and manage appointments, enquiries and front desk operations. Recommend treatments, packages and memberships based on guest needs. Handle payments, vouchers, retail transactions and customer feedback. Drive bookings, memberships, retail sales and repeat visits. Coordinate daily appointments and room allocation with therapists. Support promotions, events, VIP guests and business development activities. Maintain accurate guest records and operational/sales reports. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in spa, hospitality, wellness or customer service. Front office/guest relations experience preferred. Pleasant, confident and service-oriented with good communication skills. Good sales and upselling abilities. Computer literate with POS/booking system experience.
