Job Title: Receptionist Work Location: 298 Lorong Ah Soo, Singapore 536741 Monthly Salary: $2400/Month About the Role Paya Lebar Methodist Girls' School (Primary) is looking for a Receptionist to support the school's administrative and reception duties. Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 Working Hours: • Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, including a 30-minute lunch break • No work on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Key Responsibilities • Handle reception duties, including: answering calls and handling walk-in enquiries, receiving goods and handling school mail and dispatching parcels • Retrieve phone messages • Attend to pupils' needs • Assist staff with loaning out resources • Assist staff with conducting surveys • Sort the uniform cupboards and keep them neat and tidy • Any other admin duties or tasks assigned by the Admin Manager, Admin Executive, Operations Manager, School Leaders and Key Personnel • Help with urgent and important duties when the school asks, for example during evacuations and emergencies Job Requirements • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
