Product Manager (Cards & Payments)

Responsibilities • Support consumer card product growth initiatives across user acquisition, activation, engagement, spending and retention. • Assist in the design and execution of cashback, rewards and promotional campaigns. • Gather business requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Operations teams to enhance user experience and deliver new features. • Monitor key performance metrics and support A/B testing and funnel analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Partner with Commercial, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure successful campaign implementation. • Support end-to-end card product development, including requirements gathering, PRD preparation and cross-functional project coordination. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above. • At least 1 year of experience in consumer products, growth, product management or related areas. • Familiar with product/project management processes, including requirements gathering, testing and stakeholder coordination. • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Keen interest in payments, fintech and digital commerce. Nice to Have • Familiarity with payments, digital commerce or technology products. • Exposure to data analysis, experimentation or growth-related metrics. • Understanding of product management principles and product lifecycle processes.
