Admin & Accounts Assistant (Automotive Industry) Salary: $2500 - $2800 Key responsibilities: • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and maintain accounting records. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records. • Manage general administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and office management. • Provide administrative support to manager and team. • Liaise with business partners to follow up on documentations. • Undertake any other duties assigned by the company. Requirements: • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. • Relevant experience in accounting and administration preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Organised, meticulous, and able to maintain confidentiality. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
