Patient Service Associate (Toa Payoh/ Up to $2900) Ref: GAS

• 5.5 days Work Week; Monday to Friday plus half a Saturday • Location: Toa Payoh • Salary: Up to $2900 per month Our client, an established charitable healthcare organisation providing medical, preventive care and community health services is seeking for suitable candidates to join the growing team! Job Responsibilities: • Attend to scheduled and walk-in patients at the Medical Centre. • Coordinate appointment bookings and patient registration, ensuring patient details are accurate and up to date. • Verify patient’s information, explain test and procedure instructions, and obtain the required consent forms. • Handle cashiering, payment collection, and daily transaction reconciliation. • Take basic patient measurements and conduct screenings e.g. BMI and vision checks. • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with PDPA requirements. • Provide customer service and address patient’s enquiries and concerns. • Support daily clinic operations, including managing inventory and replenishing office supplies. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support Community Health Days and mobile medical services when required. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager. Job Requirements: • GCE'O'/'N' Level, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification. • Minimum1 year of relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, or a similar role. • Friendly with a service-oriented mindset • Team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills and confidence in using administrative systems.
