Customer Account (Sales Administration) Specialist (Aerospace/ Up to $5500) Ref: GAS

• 5-day work week: Mondays to Fridays • Conducive work environment • Competitive salary and Benefits Our client is a global MNC of adhesives, coatings, and vibration and motion control solutions for the aerospace, defence, automotive and industrial sectors is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the growing team! Job Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers on order management, sales support and aftersales enquiries across Asia Pacific. • Support Aerospace & Defence sales activities for Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEMs) and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) customers. • Manage end-to-end order processing, including order review, entry, quotation requests and delivery follow-up. • Build strong relationships with key/global account managers and customers to support agreed business processes and service requirements. • Partner with the sales team to support existing accounts and new programme launches. • Review and follow up on customer order terms, accounts receivable, credit terms and payment deductions within assigned authority. • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve delivery delays, product quality concerns, returns and order-related issues. • Liaise with planning, manufacturing, engineering, quality, logistics and finance teams to meet customer requirements. • Prepare expense and sales reports, analyse forecasts and support internal and customer planning activities. • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Organise and participate in customer calls, regional sales meetings and trade shows as required. Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma and above in Business Management, Engineering with equivalent work experience. • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer support, supply chain, logistics and import/export operations. • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to liaise with regional counterparts and build customer relationships. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good planning, time management and project management skills to handle multiple priorities. • A collaborative team player who remains calm and customer-focused under pressure. • Proficient in SAP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Microsoft applications • Willing to travel approximately 20% of the time, including at short notice when required.
