FINANCE & ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE 📍 Singapore | 🏢 Government-Linked Project | 💼 Contract / Project-Based Join a well-established organisation supporting a major government-linked development project . We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting, compliance and process improvement. What You’ll Do • Handle daily accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions • Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations and variance analysis • Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management • Manage payment runs, collections and Accounts Receivable monitoring • Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with IRAS requirements • Support annual audit, financial statements and corporate tax matters • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banking partners • Support finance system implementation, UAT, data migration and SOP development • Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls and improve processes • Work closely with Operations, Procurement and internal stakeholders on finance matters What We’re Looking For • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline • Relevant experience in full-set accounting, management reporting or finance operations • Good knowledge of GST, audit and Singapore accounting requirements • Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge • Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working independently • Good communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join? ✨ Be part of a high-profile government-linked development project ✨ Exposure to end-to-end finance, audit, GST and reporting ✨ Opportunity to work closely with multiple business functions ✨ Stable and professional working environment ✨ Strong exposure to finance process improvement and system projects 📩 Interested?
