Branch Manager

The incumbent is responsible for managing both front and back-end store operations to ensure smooth operations and helping the Group Manager with project management. He/ she is expected to: • Manage budgets, maximise profitability and set/ meet sales targets • Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning • Lead and motivate team to achieve organization goals • Manage customers complaints, compliments and feedback • Manage stock inventory and stock control • Plan and manage promotional spaces and activities • Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff • Plan and perform biannual stocktake for the store • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met as well as compliance with various government legislation (NEA, SFA, SCDF etc.) • Continuously review and enhance existing store operations and processes to improve business • Involve in projects such as planning for new store opening and renovation works for existing stores Job Requirements: • Degree in any discipline with min 3 years of relevant work experience in service/ retail industry • Great passion for the service / retail industry • Possess strong strategic thinking skills • Good in project management • Good at presenting reports and coming up with fresh ideas • Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous and results oriented • Resourceful and problem solver with effective leadership skills and ability to motivate others • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to plan, prioritise workload and delegate accordingly • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure • Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
