Sr Associate Trading (1 Year Contract)

• The incumbent will report to the Trading Manager and support the growth and day-to-day operations of the Trading business, with a focus on AIC-SMF business. • Key responsibilities include processing of orders accurately and efficiently while providing a high standard of customer service. • Handle and respond promptly to customer enquiries relating to orders, delivery status, and other Trading matters. • Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Logistics, to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. • Proactively identify operational issues, recommend improvements and implement appropriate solutions to minimize business disruptions. • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, corporate governance, risk management, audit and SOP requirements. • Support assigned projects and other business initiatives, and prepare reports as directed by the Reporting officer. • Acknowledge and process orders in the system, updating clients of the delivery and payment arrangements. • Process SMF-AIC orders via phonecalls and Vertis platform. To upsell as required. • Attend to clients’ queries pertaining to logistic arrangements, product knowledge, feedback etc. • Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for documents and paperwork on a daily basis. • Perform any other duties as assigned. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS • GCE A Levels or Polytechnic Diploma RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service and administration. • IT knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. • Able to work under pressure, analyse issues and take proactive action. • Detail-oriented, collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities. • Accountable for delivering assigned tasks end-to-end and providing clear and timely updates. • Resourceful, proactive and adaptable, with a strong growth mindset
