Operations Support Officer - Irrawaddy Road

Location : Irrawaddy Road Position : Operations Support Officer Contract Duration: 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027 Salary: Up to $4,000 per month Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Lunch Break: 12.00pm to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 2.00pm Job Responsibilities * Maintain operation functionality of MHQ meeting rooms; * Assist in staff canteen operations, management of tenant and patrons’ feedback; * Other corporate duties including management of MHQ meeting rooms supplies; * Administer for visitor clearance system: Manage visitor carpark lots, security clearance, resource bookings. Requirements • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management or a related discipline; • Relevant experience in administrative, operations or facilities support will be an advantage; • Good organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants, patrons and internal stakeholders; • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel; • Able to work independently and as part of a team; • Meticulous, responsible and service-oriented, with good attention to detail.
