Temp Officer - Legal Division - Kim Keat Road

Location : Kim Keat Road Position : Temporary Officer, Legal Division (LD) Contract Duration: 12 months Hourly Pay Rate: Diploma – $17.05/hour Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Working Arrangement: 5-day work week, office-based Job Responsibilities To provide administrative support to the Legal Division (LD)in the following areas: * Monitor and maintain the LD tracking Excel sheet for work tasks of each LD officer to ensure that internal timelines and statutory timelines are complied with and to send reminders to Head Legal and Legal Division officers as appropriate * Maintain LD calendar * Send emails and Form SG requests to Head LD for assignment to LD officers * Filing and maintaining an archive of work done by LD * Assist to maintain LD’s current Knowledge Management Database * Manage office administrative matters including liaising with vendors * Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity * Ensure adherence to public sector governance, procurement, and records management policies * Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and audit trails * Assist the division with ad hoc assignments / projects as assigned Requirements * Diploma preferred; candidates with lower qualifications may also be considered based on relevant experience and suitability for the role * Good attitude and attention to detail * Strong organisation skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools * Able to manage a high volume of emails on a daily basis EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
