Purchaser (F&B - Livehouse)

Purchaser Salary: Up to $3,000 Working Days: 5-day workweek 10am to 7pm Far East Square Job Responsibilities • Handle daily purchasing and sourcing of supplies, ingredients and other operational items • Source and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing (No need negotiate) • Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on purchasing requirements • Maintain proper purchasing records and monitor stock requirements • Assist with urgent or last-minute offline purchasing when required Requirements • 1–2 years of purchasing/procurement experience preferred • Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and HQ team • Good communication and supplier coordination skills • Able to work independently and handle urgent purchasing requests • Physically fit and comfortable travelling out to purchase and carry items when urgent offline purchasing is required • Basic computer/Excel skills • Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
