Operations Manager | Nursing Home

Job Description: • Manage procurement and sourcing of medical and non-medical supplies. • Manage inventory levels, stock control, and demand forecasting. • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, pricing, and vendor performance. • Ensure procurement complies with healthcare regulations and quality standards. • Manage procurement budgets, spending, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives. • Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations teams. • Oversee front office operations, including calls, visitors, and staff competency. • Coordinate residents’ medical transport arrangements • Support emergency procurement, special projects, contract management, and business development initiatives. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
