Location : Irrawaddy Road POSITION: Corporate Support Officer Employment Type: Temporary Assignment Contract Period: 1 Year Estimated Start Date: 1 December 2026 Working Location: Irrawaddy Road Working Hours: • Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm • Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm • Lunch Break: • 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm or 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm Salary: $4,200 – $4,800 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant working experience. JOB SCOPE • Maintain operation functionality of MHQ meeting rooms • Assist in staff canteen operations, management of tenant and patrons’ feedback • Other corporate duties including management of MHQ meeting rooms supplies • Administer for RBSVMS: Manage visitor carpark lots, security clearance, resource bookings, contractor escorting REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management or related discipline. • Relevant experience in corporate administration, facilities, office or operations support will be an advantage. • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to manage multiple tasks independently and work well with different stakeholders. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Good attention to detail and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
