Desktop Support Specialist

Responsibility • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking; • Install and configure hardware and software applications; • Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning; • Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects; • Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs; • Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue; • Train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware; • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills. Requirements • Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline; • Entry level are welcome to apply; • Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries; • Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required.
