Trade Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities: • Purchased, Sales data entry and Sales document filling. • EMAIL / FAX / PRINT OF Purchases and Sales Documents. • To prepare documents for/ to billing. • Coordinate with trade operations team/ customer/ vendors. • Performance management duties. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and any other legal requirements. • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or discrepancies. • Resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation. • Maintain accurate records of trade activities and generate periodic reports for management review. • Analyze data to assess the performance of trade operations and suggest improvements. • Other ad hoc duties as requested by the trade department
