Project Supervisor (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Job Description & Requirements: • Assist Project Engineers in supervising and coordinating site works related to plumbing and sanitary systems. • Monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and standards. • Carry out site inspections to ensure workmanship and installation meet quality expectations. • Support in preparing material take-offs and coordinating with store personnel for material issuance. • Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of materials and tools to reduce waste. • Relay and implement work instructions issued by Project Engineers and Project Managers. • Brief workers on daily work tasks, safety procedures, and ensure use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Ensure that all workers comply with safety rules and site regulations at all times. • Prepare basic daily work reports and submit progress updates to the Project Engineer. • Assist in resolving site-level coordination or manpower issues as instructed. Qualifications: • Technical or vocational certificate/diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, Plumbing, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in plumbing, sanitary, or general construction works. • Able to read basic construction and isometric drawings. • Familiar with common plumbing materials, tools, and on-site practices. • Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures and construction site protocols.
