Are you a payroll professional who enjoys solving complexchallenges, improving processes, and working across multiple countries? We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support regional payroll operations and drivecontinuous improvement initiatives across APAC.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong payrollexpertise with analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion foroperational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end payroll activities across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Analyse payroll data and reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve payroll-related issues and enhance service delivery.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency, controls, standardisation, and automation.
• Support payroll projects, system enhancements, and regional implementations.
• Ensure payroll practices remain aligned with local legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audit requirements, compliance reviews, and risk management activities.
• Prepare and maintain payroll documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Contribute to the delivery of a seamless employee experience through accurate and efficient payroll operations.
Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven payroll experience supporting multiple countries within the APAC region.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, compliance requirements, and payroll best practices.
• Experience working with payroll systems and large data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret payroll information.
• Track record of supporting projects, process improvements, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
